Press one button. Hear only music you love.

Longplay is a streaming app built for listeners over 55. Name a few favourite artists once, and it plays your era, your bands, all day. No ads, no clutter.

You're on the list.

No spam. One email when your spot opens.

Built by a team that has shipped audio apps used by over a million people, now testing with listeners aged 55 to 84.
The problem

You wanted Fleetwood Mac. You got a rap remix.

Today's music apps assume you enjoy hunting. Six tabs, tiny grey text, autoplay that drifts into songs you would never choose, and an ad every fifteen minutes. You paid for music and got a maze. Most people over 55 give up and put the radio back on, adverts and all.

Why Longplay

One button. Only the music you love.

Your artists, not a guess

Name five acts you love. Longplay stays in that world: same artists, same era, same feel, every session.

One big button

Large type, high contrast, one control that says Play. Nothing to learn, nothing to accidentally tap.

No ads, ever

No interruptions, no sponsored tracks, no upsells mid-song. You press play and the music keeps going.

How it works

Up and running in minutes.

01

Name your favourites

Tell us five artists you love. Takes two minutes, once.

02

Press play

Longplay starts with music from your artists and their era.

03

Say yes or no

One tap skips a song for good. Your station keeps getting closer.

What people are saying.

“I set it up with Motown and Dusty Springfield and it has not played me anything strange since. That is all I ever wanted.”

Margaret H.Retired district nurse, 71

“My father rings me every time an app changes. He has had this three weeks and I have not heard from him about it once.”

Dan P.Early tester, son of a tester

“The text is big enough to read without my glasses and there is only one button. I use it every morning with the kettle on.”

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need to build playlists?

No. You name a few artists once during setup and Longplay handles the rest. There are no playlists to make, name or maintain unless you want them.

What if it plays something I dislike?

Tap the large no button. That song and anything like it stops appearing. Your station narrows to your taste within a few days of listening.

Will there be adverts?

No. Longplay is paid by subscription, so there are no adverts, no sponsored tracks and no interruptions between songs.

What does it cost and when can I use it?

Pricing will be a single flat monthly fee, announced before launch. We are letting people in from the waitlist in small batches so we can help each person set up.

Music that behaves itself

Join the waitlist for early access. We open in small batches and help every new listener set up their artists by phone if they want.
